We are pet friendly for friendly breeds of well-trained dogs with updated vaccine records. The non-refundable pet fee is $250 and monthly pet rent is $35. Rent is paid online via ACH. Utilities are included: electric, High Speed WIFI w/elite gaming package, water, stormwater, wastewater, refuse and recycling removal, and ROKU streaming. Water and electric are capped at $125 each per month, which is ample for the house and capped to prevent misuse. All tenants age 18 and over will be required to complete the background check.

Enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen w/coffee and tea bar and all the essentials to enjoy your stay. The house comes with beautiful and bright furnishings and a fresh, beachy feel, stocked with all that you need including an independent workspace and desk and desk lighting, a stocked gameroom, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart, beach towels cornhole, outdoor furniture and a firepit.

Willoughby Spit is at the tip of Norfolk, a peninsula with Willoughby Bay on one side and the Chesapeake Bay on the other. Willoughby Beach is quite picturesque with a beautiful wide beach, plenty of wildlife and one of the premier fishnig spots in the Tidewater & Hampton Roads region. We are less than 200 feet from the beach as the crow flies. Walk to the private Willoughby beach, just a two minute walk down on the right, or head over to the Chesapeake Bay Beach, just a three minute walk from the front door. Willoughby Spit is also a quiet neighborhood in Norfolk and sits at the closest edge to the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, quite convenient to I-64 and major routes. Enjoy the beauty of the beach without the extra time and traffic heading further down to Virginia Beach, Sandbridge and the Outer Banks.

The four bedrooms have all your linens and pillows with comfortable queen size beds in each bedroom. The upstairs loft has a separate HVAC unit for your comfort, very spacious with lots of windows, room darkening shades, a bonus room and very spacious with over 600 square feet. Ceiling fans are in all of the downstairs bedrooms, kitchen and the livingroom. Enjoy the LED heat and light adjustable electric fireplace, very cozy on cold and/or rainy days. Adjust the color of the flame and the level of the heat depending on your mood. Not only is this your luxurious home away from home, but it's like being on vacation when you're so close to the beach, the great restaurants, area attractions and outstanding fishing.

The brand new kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances, an XL refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, brand new sparkling white quartzite stone countertops and matching backsplash. The workstation sink makes it seamless to cook gourmet meals with plenty of space to work. Laundry room is just off the kitchen with a brand new washer and dryer and we have an air purifier as well. We even added some cookbooks so you could "up" your game! Utilities are included, those being Hi Speed WIFI, Roku streaming, electric, water, wastewater, stormwater, refuse removal and recycling. There is a $250 monthly cap on water and electric combined, which is ample for the energy efficient appliances, to prevent overuse.
