Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom house! with 2 full beds, 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom, and 1 trundle bed, 2.5 bath vacation home in the heart of Chalmette, Louisiana. Just a short drive from the vibrant French Quarter and top attractions in New Orleans, our home captures the spirit of the city with unique design concepts and offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Step inside and be greeted by a spacious living room adorned with stylish decor and cozy seating. For some friendly competition, head to the smaller game room/living room area with an air hockey table, perfect for moments of fun and relaxation. Unwind in our 3 cozy and inviting bedrooms, each boasting its own unique personality and charm. The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a spacious walk-in closet for added convenience. For those who need to stay productive, we provide a private work desk for privacy and focus.

Pool Heating

Heated pool is at $175 for the first night and $50 for every night after. This is paid after the reservation is made.

Early check in can only be requested 3 days prior to your stay and based on availability. The fee is $50 and allows access beginning at 11:00am.

EARLY check-in & LATE check-out will be dependent on availability. If there are guests checking in/out on the same day, this option may not be available. Additional fees may apply.

We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence.

SMOKING
To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $500 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Violating this policy may result in guests being liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the property in wonderful shape for all guests to come.

SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORING
Please note that each home has anywhere from 3-4 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.

Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to
protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.

Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
