Rental Rate Options (USD)

Rate (+ taxes) is for a minimum 30-day stay, per condominium Bylaws and Covenants. Tenant is required to execute standard leasing agreement to be filed with Homeowners Association in order to be compliant with rules. Tenant may stay less than 30 days or other term of lease, if longer, but no refund will be given for relinquished portion. If lease is for partial month past any full month, rent is pro-rated (div. x 30 days) for that period.

Tenant receives personal attention from unit owner without bureaucracy of hotel business. Condo is well-appointed for about half the price one would spend for any equivalent Downtown Atlanta hotel room over any 30-day period. There are just two hotels within one mile that offer kitchenettes.
