Guests have the choice of a month-to-month lease, or a fixed-term tenancy, with an average rate across the board of $2,500.00 a month. The maximum leasing period is three months. In the event a guest would like to stay longer, they must renegotiate and sign a new lease. (Rental prices, in general, are negotiable, however, prices will fluctuate according to availability, time of year, and demand.) Security Deposit is a flat $750. -- Pets are prohibited. -- There is a mandatory cleaning period once every month that is wrapped into your rate; you will be notified 24 hours ahead of when the cleaning will occur.
