Want to live like a Madeira Beach local? Look no further, this is your dream place in the Florida Sunshine! This updated and beautifully decorated condo features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located in the popular gated community of Madeira Beach Yacht Club, this condo is on the second floor, and has another level once inside (please note, no elevators at this community). Enjoy all the resort style amenities of the Yacht Club, like two large heated pools, an indoor hot tub, fitness room with men's and women's locker rooms and saunas, multiple fishing piers, and paved waterfront walkways around the entire community. Not only will you relax and enjoy the amenities the association boasts, but you will also be within a short walk to world famous Madeira Beach (5 minute walk), plus multiple local restaurants, bars, a full grocery store, convenience stores, and much more!

Enjoy free parking right out front of the building this second floor unit is located in, and a small sitting area once up the stairs. You will love sitting out to take in our gorgeous weather and the distant beach view this unit offers.

Once inside, the main living area is on the first level. There is a comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV, that has a sleeper sofa as well. Around the corner is the full kitchen with all the necessities to make your favorite meals and snacks while you're here. There is also a full dining room table for eating those delicious family recipes. Down the hall from the living room is the half bathroom.

Up the stairs and you are on the second level of this unit- featuring both bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The first bedroom is the guest bedroom, featuring a queen sized bed, big closet, and flat screen TV. The first full bathroom is directly across the hall and has a tub shower combo, and the in unit washer and dryer. Down the hall is the master suite, which has it's own private bathroom with a walk in shower, and the master bedroom has a king sized bed, plenty of closet space, and its own TV.

Walk through the buildings and you will be greeted by the gorgeous intracoastal waterways that line this community. Whether you want to enjoy watching the boats go by, fish off the piers, or take a stroll down the length of the community, you will always have an incredible view. There are often seabirds, fish, dolphins and manatee playing in the intracoastal, too! The main pool is also a short walk away from this condo, plus the billiards room, fitness room, locker rooms and saunas.

Feel right at home with all of your creature comforts- Free Wifi throughout the unit, TVs in each room, in unit laundry, plus towels and linens provided. You won't even need a car once you're here, with most necessities within a short walking distance.
