Rental Rate Options (USD)

You will sign a 30 day rental agreement which will include the dates of your stay and all of the information necessary to access and enjoy the home and any rules and requirements about your stay in the home.

Access to a mailbox can be provided.

The rate includes all utilities and cleaning service every two weeks. The home is cleaned and disinfected to CDC guidelines prior to arrival and is cleaned at checkout. We do not require a damage deposit for honest, conscientious guests that will accept responsibility for unintended accidents. But accidents do happen and CHBO does offer property protection insurance for your benefit.

You will be renting my primary residence. It is set up for executive quality, luxury style living.

Fully Furnished Executive Style Luxury Housing. 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, with large kitchen, dining area for up to 6, comfortable family room, office space, and a master bedroom and guest bedroom each with its own private bath. DOG FRIENDLY for well behaved pets.

There is a TV in each bedroom and an audiophile-grade entertainment center in the family room.

Everything is turnkey and 30-day rent includes business grade internet, cable TV, trash, all utilities, linens, towels, modern appliances, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, all the conveniences of home, and maid service every two weeks. One monthly fee of $4890 covers it all.

Just pack your bag and stay a month for business and/or pleasure. There are lots of things to do and see in Colorado.

The critical thing is that you are making a 30+ day commitment, so you want to be sure that you are going to enjoy your time away! The "age-old" saying of "you get what you pay for" is alive and well as it pertains to properties for lease. If you feel like staying close to home, you can walk to the restaurant, bars, and shops in Olde Town Arvada.

If you feel like watching a baseball game, going to the theater, seeing a hockey game, attending a basketball game, or experiencing any of the arts that downtown Denver has to offer, it is a short commute on the train to and from your home. You can commute to and from the airport from the Olde Town Charmer.

Enjoy the Olde Town Charmer for an extended stay to work and play and visit the community of Arvada, the people of Colorado, and the breathtaking views of the Colorado High Country!

This is a 30-day or more rental. Additional days may be added to the stay at a per night additional rate depending upon the length of time of the additonal stay. We have had several guests stay as long as 90 days.
