Attached to the bedroom is a smaller room that would be perfect for a baby crib or toddler bed that is in close range but allows privacy as well.
The ensuite bathroom is very spacious with a soaking bathtub, walk in shower and large vanity.

The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and some ocean view.  The bathroom for the guest bedroom is in the hallway and features a tub/shower combo and double sink vanity.

The ground floor has high ceilings, loads of natural light with living room, dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
There is also a breakfast table and TV room with fireplace for informal living.

There is a half bath and a laundry room that has a shower should you want to rinse off after going to the communal pool or after a trip to the beach.
