First month's rent is due prior to occupancy. A security deposit of $1590 will be due the day prior to move in to be returned after the home is professionally cleaned at the end of your stay less any damage, non-performance or out of pocket expenses along with $90 that is non-refundable for ARD (Accidental Rental Damage Insurance). For longer term stays like 90 or 180 day rentals we can discuss discounts off of the base rent.
