Close to Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland, Great Wolf Lodge, Knott’s Berry Farm, Angels Baseball Stadium and Ducks Hockey Stadium. Close to many hospitals and medical centers. Orange County Beaches 20 mins away and LA County 45 minutes.

The space
Our charming mid-century modern 1505 sq ft home is the perfect location for Traveling Medical Professionals and Corporate Travelers. This is a beautiful fully furnished home with utilities included.

Upon arrival pull into the private driveway with room for 3-4 vehicles.

Living Room and Dining Room
-Walking through the front door you enter the largest space in our home, open concept from the kitchen to the living room with lots of natural lighting.
-Comfort lounging and seating throughout the living room, a place to unwind after a busy day of work or play.
-The 65 in mounted television above the fireplace, it can be viewed from the living room, dining room and kitchen.
-A desk is available for those who require a workspace for your laptop.

Kitchen
-The kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare a meal. The dining room table is perfect for a meal, conference table or playing games with friends and co-workers.
-Appliances in the kitchen includes a dual coffee maker, gas stove, oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and microwave.
-Cabinets are filled with cooking and dinner ware along with any groceries we can have ready for your arrival for an additional fee.
-The washer and dryer are located in the garage off the kitchen.

Outdoor Space
-Through the sliding glass door reveals a shaded patio with an outdoor dining table for 6 and continues into a large private backyard filled with fruit trees to enjoy.
-Enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather while savoring a meal queued up on the BBQ.
-Enjoy a beverage while watching the Disney fireworks in the warm summer evening, under a string of lights.

Bedrooms
-1 King and 2 Queen beds with memory foam mattresses.
- All 3 bedrooms include a Roku TV, blackout curtains/blinds and white noise fans.

Bathrooms
There are 2 full bathrooms available; 1 with a walk-in shower and bathtub and 1 with an extra-large walk-in shower. A Blow dryer is included for your convenience.

Entertainment
-A 65-inch Roku flat screen television with smart features is mounted above the fireplace in the living room and a 45-inch mounted in all 3 bedrooms.
-We included our favorite games for your enjoyment and are located in the living room.

Guest access
Upon arrival pull into the private driveway. We will have keys available for you.

Please note:
-A Short-Term Lease and $2000.00 Deposit will be required.
-A mid-term cleaning will also be required in addition to the exit cleaning, if you bring pets. This can be discussed beforehand.

This home is equipped with a wheelchair ramp at the front door.
